CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF REGISTRATION

If you can no longer take part to the event, please send an e-mail to participants@mpt.paris2024.org to let us know.

It is not possible to participate with someone’s else bib and the change of name is not allowed.   If you weren’t  drawn, we invite you to join us on the route to support and cheer all the participants of Le Marathon Pour Tous on their journey!


MEDICAL CERTIFICATE  / LICENSE & RULES

The medical certificate is mandatory to line up at the start of Le Marathon Pour Tous (10km and Marathon). The medical certificate should be issued by your physician and be dated within one year of the event and mention "athletics in competition" or "running in competition".

The medical certificate validation process is underway. It may take several weeks. An email will be sent to you once your document has been checked.

We do not accept any sport license. This event is not under the aegis of any Athletics Federation. We therefore invite you to provide us with a medical certificate. It must be less than one year old on the date of the race, and state "athletics in competition".

A parental authorization is mandatory for all minors taking part in the Marathon Pour Tous.

BIB

Your bib number will be communicated a few weeks before the event.

You can view your starting wave on your participant dashboard.

The bib collection will take place at the Emile Anthoine Gymnasium located on the 2 Avenue de Suffren, 75007 Paris and will be opened:

  • On Friday, 9th of August from 10am to 8pm
  • On Saturday, 10th of August from 10am to 8pm.

If you run the marathon distance, it is only possible for you to collect your bib until 6pm on saturday.

You can collect your bib with the following documents:

  • Your ID or passport
  • Your bib collection document  

Please note that only participants will be allowed to enter the stadium. Accompanying persons must remain outside this enclosure.


RACE DAY

10km race departs from Hôtel de Ville in Paris on Saturday, August 10th, during the night. The departs are spread out between 11:30pm and 1 am, depending your start wave. Your appointment time will be specified on your invitation.

The 42km race departs from the Hôtel de Ville in Paris on Saturday, August 10th, in the evening. The departs are spread out between 9pm and 10:30pm, depending your start wave. Your appointment time will be specified on your invitation.

The finish line for both routes, is located on the Esplanade des Invalides - 75007 Paris.
You will find a food station, sanitation facilities.

The marathonians can drop a bag a the luggage lockers.
Before the depart, drop your bag on the Rue de l’Amiral Coligny - 75001 Paris and get it back after your race on the Quai d’Orsay near the finish.  
However, there will be no luggage drop off for the 10km race.
If you relatives are here to support you, don't hesitate to ask them for any assistance

The time limit is 6 hours on the marathon (average pace of 7km/h). The time limit is 2 hours on the 10km (average pace of 5km/h). You must respect the time limit to avoid being pulled out of the race.

Some pacers will guide you along the way and will help to reach your objective! Each start wave will have his own pacer.

You will find some liquid and solid feeding stations (fruits, cakes, salted biscuits, sugar and water) every 5km from km5. You find as water stations every 5km from km7,5.

Yes the route will be entirely light up. Therefore the use of a handlamp is not mandatory, it is optional.

Some toilets will be at your disposal every 5km, near the feeding stations.

The finish line, located in the Invalides, will be accessible only to accompanying people holding wristbands, which will be distributed in their racepakc to the runners drawn randomly. 
If you do not have a wristband, the finish area will be inaccessible. We recommend that you watch the runners at the various entertainment areas along the route, before joining a runner at the meeting point on the Quai d'Orsay at the exit from the finish area.

There will be no showers at the finish of the Marathon Pour Tous.
